Dr. Fernande Aimee Juliette Gard Memorial Scholarship

Scholarship Information

Dr. Fernande Gard was a retired Radford University Professor. She was recognized as a Professor Emerita in the department of Fashion Design. Upon her death she designated her estate to include the creation of this scholarship for an international student.

Scholarship Criteria

• Recipient must be an undergraduate student who is not a United States citizen, with appropriate visa status.
• Must maintain a GPA of 3.0.
