The Horth Scholarship for Summer Dance Study

Scholarship Information

An anonymous donor established the Horth Scholarship for Summer Dance Study. It has been the intention of the donor to aid a rising junior or senior, with excellent academic standings in dance. A commitment must be made not only to the art of Dance, but also to the enhancement of student education. Through this scholarship, both goals are attained.

Scholarship Criteria

• Recipient must be a Radford University rising junior or senior dance major.
• Applications will be reviewed by a committee appointed by the Dean of the College of Visual and Performing Arts and will consist of two dance faculty, one faculty member from the College but outside the field of dance, one representative of the Radford University Foundation, Inc., and the Director of Financial Aid.
