Walter C. & Irene A. Goodykoontz Scholarship Endowment in Music

Scholarship Information

Mrs. Goodykoontz was a 1933 graduate of Radford with a degree in Mathematics. She was an active alumna and community member. She volunteered with several organizations and believed “Don’t think about your age; focus on what you can do for others.” Mrs. Goodykoontz supported the arts at Radford University and the Selu Conservancy.

Scholarship Criteria

• Applicants must be a full-time student pursuing a degree in the Department of Music.
