Ray and Pat Stanley Family Endowed Scholarship

Scholarship Information

Radford graduates Elma Stanley Dowdy ’47, and Oneta Stanley Turner ’50, established this scholarship to benefit deserving students at Radford and to honor their brother, Ray Stanley. Mrs. Dowdy and Mrs. Turner created the scholarship to thank Ray Stanley for his unselfish love, care and devotion to his sisters and others.

Scholarship Criteria

• Must be a full-time undergraduate student.
• Must be a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• Must maintain a minimum 2.7 GPA.
• Must not be, nor ever have been, on disciplinary probation or suspension from any academic institution of higher learning.
