Frances G. Seither Scholarship

Scholarship Information

Dr. Seither served as a professor in the Radford Nursing program from 1978-1985. In 1985 she became Dean of the department until her retirement in 1989. As recognition of her dedication and commitment to teaching and nursing, her faculty and friends created the scholarship bearing her name.

Scholarship Criteria

• Must be a full-time student and have upper-class status.
• Must have a declared major within the College of Nursing.
• Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Must not be, nor ever have been, on 20 weeks or more of disciplinary probation or suspension from any academic institution of higher learning.
