Lester T., Pauline E., & Betty J. Banning Memorial Scholarship

Scholarship Information

Dr. Bernadine Banning, Professor Emeritus of Foreign Languages, established this scholarship as a living memorial to her parents, Lester T. and Pauline E. Banning. This scholarship will assist deserving students at Radford University with major in the College of Arts and Sciences preference given to applicants majoring in a foreign language. Dr. Banning was a member of the Radford University faculty for 31 years, and is a dedicated supporter of the Foundation. She is a member of the Society of 1910.

Scholarship Criteria

• Must be a full-time student enrolled at Radford University.
• Must maintain a minimum overall GPA of 3.2.
