Verlander Endowed Scholarship

Scholarship Information

This scholarship was established in 2007 by the George W. Verlander and Cornelia M. Verlander Memorial Foundation. The Verlander Foundation offers scholarship assistance to students from Lancaster County, VA. Mr. Verlander felt that higher education was a necessity for success.

Scholarship Criteria

• Applicant must be a full-time undergraduate student enrolled at Radford University.
• Must be a resident or dependent of a resident of Lancaster County, VA.
• Maintain minimum 2.5 GPA.
• Must not be receiving any other scholarships from the Verlander Foundation and Education Trust.
• Financial need is considered, but not required.
• FAFSA required.
• Incoming freshmen or transfer students are eligible.
