Pi Gamma Mu Honor Society Scholarship

Scholarship Information

The Pi Gamma Mu Chapter at Radford University has established the Pi Gamma Mu Scholarship Fund to assist deserving students at Radford. These students must have junior status and have a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 with a declared major in a social science discipline. Specifically, students who fall in the fields of history, political science, sociology, anthropology, economics, psychology, criminal justice, social work, geography, or philosophy will be eligible to receive this award. In addition, top priority is given to students with a demonstrated record of university leadership and community and social service.

Scholarship Criteria

• Applicant must be a rising junior prior to fall semester.
• Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 with a declared major in a Social Science, History, Political Science, Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Social Work, Geography, or Philosophy.
• Must not be, nor ever have been, on disciplinary probation or suspension from any academic institution.
• Previous recipients are ineligible to receive this award.
