The Cooper-Goodwin Memorial Scholarship Endowment Fund

Scholarship Information

Margaret JoAnn Cooper left her entire estate to Radford University to establish this endowment in remembrance of her mother, Velma Goodwin Cooper and her aunt, Nettie Lucille Goodwin, a 1925 RU graduate. She wanted to assist students who were majoring in education.

Scholarship Criteria

• Recipient must be an education major.
• Must have and maintain a 3.0 grade point average.
