RU Nursing Alumni Scholarship in Memory of Alice Maloney

Scholarship Information

In 2007 Lewis Williams `97 and his wife Courtney endowed the School of Nursing Alumni Scholarship in memory of Lewis William’s mother-in-law, Mrs. Alice Maloney. Mr. Williams, an alumnus of the College of Nursing, was able to attend Radford as a result of his mother-in-law’s generosity. This Scholarship is a fitting tribute, and will enable nursing students to attain their goals through financial support.

Scholarship Criteria

• Must be accepted as an entering or currently enrolled student in the undergraduate upper-division nursing major or graduate nursing programs.
• Awards based on academic merit requiring a minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
