Thomas D. Irvin & Frances Umberger Irvin Scholarship

Mr. and Mrs. Thomas D. Irvin established this scholarship to aid deserving students at Radford. Mrs. Irvin graduated from Radford in 1951 and had two sisters who also graduated from Radford. Mr. Irvin was a former member of the Radford University Board of Visitors. Mr. and Mrs. Irvin retired to Colorado where they enjoyed ranching, hiking, fishing, and traveling. Mrs. Irvin passed away in 2005 and Mr. Irvin passed away in 2011 leaving their estate to Radford University for this scholarship.

The recipient must qualify for the Freshman Presidential Scholarship Program.
