Georgia Anne Snyder-Falkinham Scholarship
Ms. Snyder-Falkinham established this scholarship to benefit incoming freshman from Franklin County, then the New River Valley and Commonwealth of Virginia at large. She has been a member of the Radford University Foundation Inc. Board of Directors since 1989. She has also served as the chair of the Fine Arts Committee, a member of the Nominating Committee, Executive Committee and Saint Albans Property Committee. She also helped establish the Sampson/Falkinham Scholarship in 1988.
Applicant must qualify for the Freshman Presidential Scholarship Program with a minimum 3.0 GPA and a minimum score of 1180 on the Math & English sections of the SAT exam. Priority consideration given to a student from Franklin County, Virginia and then to students from the New River Valley and Commonwealth of Virginia at large.
