The Cooper-Goodwin Memorial Scholarship Endowment Fund

Margaret JoAnn Cooper passed away in 2011. She left her entire estate to Radford University to establish this endowment in remembrance of her mother, Velma Goodwin Cooper and her aunt, Nettie Lucille Goodwin, a 1925 RU graduate. She wanted to assist students who were majoring in education.

Recipient must be an education major and must have and maintain a 3.0 grade point average.
